Nobody in this industry tells you this, so we will. Of the $2,950, the operator is paid a full-time salary that is strong in their market. The rest covers sourcing, vetting, contracts, cross-border payroll, and carrying the cost of replacing someone if it doesn't work out.
We'd rather you knew that than found out later. If you'd prefer to hire directly and skip the middle entirely, that's the $3,500 option above — and we'll still help you do it properly.
The Philippines. It has the deepest pool of people who have genuinely run Shopify stores, Meta ad accounts and Klaviyo flows for Western DTC brands, and working US or UK hours is normal and properly compensated there.
They work your hours, not theirs. That's priced in from the start — it isn't something you negotiate later or pay extra for.
A paid work sample before any interview. We give shortlisted candidates a real, messy task — a broken product feed, a badly paced campaign — and ask what they'd do and how they'd write to you about it. Interviews happen at 9pm their time, which also tests whether they'll genuinely work your hours.
You can, and after three months you can take your operator on directly for three times the monthly fee. Until then you're paying for the sourcing, the vetting, the replacement cover, and not being an employer in a country you don't operate in. If you'd rather do it yourself from the start, take the $3,500 direct-hire option.
We replace them free in the first 30 days, and you can end the arrangement any month with 30 days' notice. There's no contract to get out of.
