One price, one product. We don't do finder's fees or one-off searches — if we're not accountable for the work every month, we're not the right fit.

02 / The scope

The work that eats a founder's week.

Set the scope on the first call. Start with one lane, or hand over the whole operating layer that keeps pulling you out of growth work.

01

Product listings & catalogue upkeep

02

Shopify and Amazon back office

03

Meta and Google campaign builds

04

Daily pacing & budget checks

05

Weekly performance reporting

06

Creative trafficking & handoff

07

Order, returns & vendor coordination

08

Klaviyo flows & list hygiene

03 / The handoff

Three steps. No theatre.

You get a useful answer quickly — even if the answer is that we are not the right fit.

1

A 15-minute call

Tell us the three things you would hand someone on day one. If we are not right for it, we say so on the call and you get your afternoon back.

2

We shortlist three

We source and screen against your scope, then send three people with a written assessment of each. You interview whoever you want. If none fit, we source again free.

3

They start inside your tools

Your Slack, your Shopify, your ad accounts — on your business hours. You direct the work exactly as you would direct an employee. Full detail here.

Before you ask — we're new.

Opsbench started in 2026. We will not show you logos we do not have, testimonials nobody wrote, or a team page of faces that do not work here.

So the terms carry the risk instead of your goodwill. Month to month. No setup fee. No deposit. No minimum term. A free replacement in the first 30 days. If we do not deliver, you leave, and it has cost you one month.

We would rather earn the second month than lock up the first twelve. More about us →

04 / Questions

Asked and answered.

Is this a staffing agency?

No. We employ the operator and carry the replacement risk. You direct their work. You do not take on an employee, a payroll obligation, or a recruiting fee.

Why $2,950 when the role posts at $120k?

The operator is remote and works for us. No US payroll load, no office, no recruiter commission, no severance exposure. That is the entire difference — we are not doing the same job for less, we are carrying a different cost structure.

Full-time really means full-time?

Forty hours a week, on your business hours, on your account only. Not shared across clients, not part-time dressed up.

What if they are not good?

Tell us in the first 30 days and we replace them at no charge. After that, 30 days' notice ends the agreement. There is no term to buy out.

How do you vet them?

A paid work sample before any interview. Shortlisted operators work through a real, messy task in your kind of business, and we assess the quality of the work and the clarity of how they explain it. Then a live call.

Who owns the work and the accounts?

You do. Everything the operator produces belongs to you, and access lives in your systems. If we part ways, nothing leaves with us.

Fifteen minutes

If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you on the call and you get your afternoon back.
