Opsbench started in 2026. Here is exactly who you are dealing with and what the terms do for you.
A growing DTC brand reaches a point where the operational work outgrows the founder but does not yet justify a $120,000 hire. The listings need updating, the campaigns need daily attention, the reporting needs pulling, the supplier emails need answering, and all of it keeps sliding to next week.
So the role gets posted. Then it sits open for a month, because hiring is slow and expensive and the job description keeps changing while nobody is doing the work.
Opsbench is the version where you skip the search entirely. One full time operator, on your hours, inside your tools, for $2,950 a month. You direct the work. They are engaged and paid by us, and we carry the risk if it does not work.
Opsbench started in 2026. At the time of writing we are early, and we would rather you hear that from us than work it out later.
We will not show you logos we do not have, testimonials nobody wrote, or a team page of faces that do not work here. Plenty of companies our age do. It is the fastest way to lose trust at exactly the moment it matters.
What we do instead: the terms carry the risk rather than your goodwill. Month to month. No setup fee. No deposit. No minimum term. Thirty days notice. A free replacement in the first thirty days if the fit is wrong.
If we do not deliver, you leave, and it has cost you one month. That is a deliberate trade. We would rather earn the second month than lock up the first twelve.
Every number on this site is our own price or a figure you can check at its source. The terms carry the risk: nothing is due until your operator's first day, nothing until you approve the person, and you can leave inside fourteen days paying only for the days used.

Opsbench
Opsbench is run by one person, not a team pretending to be a company. Every email you send reaches the person who is accountable for the work. No account manager, no ticket queue, no handoff.
That is a real limit on how fast we can grow, and it is also why replies come back the same day rather than the same week.
