No card. No account. Four fields or one email, and a reply inside a business day.

Not ready for a seat? Run the free store check (ten seconds, no account), or ask for the full walk of your store, free, by email within two business days.

Bigger than one seat? Some operations need two people or more. We work that out by email, before anyone signs anything.

What we deliberately don't sell

Being clear about this saves us both an email.

  • No placement or finder's fees. We don't hand you a CV and invoice you once. If we're not accountable for the work every month, we're not the right fit.
  • No hourly billing, no per task, no pooled VAs. One named person, on your account for the hours you buy.
  • No annual contracts. There is no term to buy out and nothing to negotiate down.
  • No agency layer. You talk to the person running Opsbench, not an account manager.
  • Never touch protected health information without a signed business associate agreement, named staff and a written handling procedure. Clinical work stays out of scope.
02 / The scope

The work that eats a founder's week.

Set the scope in the first email. Start with one lane, or hand over the whole operating layer that keeps pulling you out of growth work.

And the four other ways to solve this

Every row below is a structural fact about how each option is arranged, not a claim about how well any of them performs.

Nothing is due until your operator's first day. Free replacement in the first 30 days. Leave within 14 days and pay only for the days used.

When each one is genuinely the better choice. A US hire when the role needs to be in your building or hold your equity. An agency when you want a whole function with its own strategy rather than a person you direct. An hourly VA when the work is under ten hours a week and fully documented. Automation when the task never needs judgement. Opsbench when one lane needs a full time person you direct, and you do not want that person on your payroll.

03 / The path

Four steps. You pay at the fourth.

You get a useful answer quickly, even when the answer is that we are not the right fit for what you need.

Steps 1 to 3 cost nothing and commit you to nothing. The first invoice is dated the day your operator starts. See the full process →

The terms carry the risk, not your goodwill.

You pay nothing to see people. You pay nothing until you approve one. You can leave inside fourteen days and pay only for the days used, and any month after that on thirty days' notice. There is no term, no deposit and no setup fee to lose.

If we do not deliver, the most this can cost you is one month. We would rather earn the second month than lock up the first twelve. More about who you're dealing with →

05 / Removing the doubt

The things you're already wondering.

What if I don't like the person?

You meet them in writing before day one, so you are never surprised. If the fit is wrong after they start, tell us inside the first 30 days and we replace them at no charge, and you are not billed twice for the overlap.

Or end it inside 14 days and pay only for the days used. After that, 30 days' notice ends the agreement. There is no term to buy out.

How do I know they're actually good?

Two filters. A written screen that almost nobody passes by accident, then a paid 45 minute work sample on a real page with real problems in it, graded on the reasoning rather than the checklist. We pay for the sample whether or not we move forward, because unpaid test tasks are how you lose the good ones.

Then the commercial filter, which matters more: we carry the cost of getting it wrong. A bad operator means we replace them free and eat the overlap, so we have no incentive to put a weak one on your account.

Is this a staffing agency?

No, and the difference is structural, not cosmetic. A staffing agency refers people for you to hire and invoices a fee. We are the provider: the operator is engaged and paid by us, we assign and substitute them, and we stay accountable for the output every month.

You never take on an employee, a payroll obligation, a recruiter commission or severance exposure, and no personnel supplied by us become your employee.

Why $2,950 when the role posts at $110k?

The operator is engaged in the Philippines and paid by us. No US payroll load, no office, no recruiter commission, no equipment, no severance. That is the whole difference.

We are not doing the same job for less money. We are carrying a different cost structure. If anyone tells you they can put a genuinely experienced full time operator on your account for $600 a month, look closely at how many clients that person is actually shared across.

Who owns the accounts and the work?

You do, all of it. Access lives in your systems under your admin, granted by you and revocable by you in one click. Everything the operator produces is yours. If we part ways, nothing leaves with us and there is nothing to migrate back.

How does payment actually work?

Monthly invoice, issued the day your operator starts and monthly thereafter. Card or bank transfer. No card is stored on this website. There is no checkout here, and we never ask for payment details by email.

No deposit, no setup fee, no minimum spend, no auto renewing annual term.

Where is the operator based, and what about the time zone?

We recruit and engage our operators in the Philippines, and they work your business hours. We say so plainly because your ad accounts and store data will be accessed from there, and you should know that before you buy, not during a security review.

The hours overlap is the entire point. If you wanted asynchronous help you would not need a full time person.

What don't you cover?

Anything requiring a licence or a regulated qualification, anything clinical rather than commercial, and anything needing a physical presence. Work touching protected health information needs a signed business associate agreement before it starts. We also do not take work we would have to learn on your budget. If your stack is exotic, we will say so in the reply.

One email

Write the role you're trying to fill, in your own words. If it isn't a fit we say so in the reply, and you get your afternoon back.

Or write to hello@opsbench.co yourself. Same inbox, same person.

What happens after you send it
  1. One email. You describe the work that is not getting done. We tell you honestly whether this is a fit. If it is not, we say so in the reply and you get your afternoon back.
  2. A written scope. One page. The tools, the hours, the specific outcomes the operator owns, and who they report to. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed.
  3. We assign your operator. Screened against your written scope, with a short written summary of what they have run before and where they are weaker.
