Your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to write. We keep it so we can reply and continue the conversation. Nothing more.
Every tool works out its answer inside your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us while you use it, and the result on screen is free to read with no account and no email address.
When you ask a tool to download a file, open the print dialog, or copy its result, it asks for your email address first and then sends you a copy. At that moment, and only then, the tool page sends us: your email address; your name and company if you gave them; the name of the tool; the text of the report you produced; the PDF file if the tool made one; the time; and the two letter country code Cloudflare derives from your connection. Nothing else is sent, and nothing at all is sent if you do not press one of those buttons.
We use it to send you that report, to send back a short note about it if you asked for one, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send you anything you did not ask for. A copy of every report we send is also delivered to our own inbox, so we can answer you if you reply and so we know the send worked. Beyond that and the providers named below, we pass it to no one.
We keep it for twelve months, then delete it. Ask us sooner and we delete it the same day. Reply to any email we send you, or write to hello@opsbench.co, and say delete. You do not have to explain why.
The record is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and the email is sent through Resend. Both are named below.
We may hold your name, work email address, job title, employer, and a publicly posted job listing at your company, gathered from public sources such as company websites and public job boards. We use it to send you a relevant business message and for no other purpose. We do not buy or sell contact lists.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) to deliver the page and protect against abuse. We run no advertising pixels and set no advertising cookies. We measure the site two ways. Cloudflare's cookieless beacon counts pages and load times, with no fingerprinting and no way to identify you. For visitors located in the United States only, Microsoft Clarity records how a page is used (clicks, scrolling, where people leave) so we can fix what confuses people; it masks what you type and the text on the page, it does not tell us who you are, it sets its own cookies for that purpose, and Microsoft processes it under its own privacy statement. Visitors outside the United States do not receive Clarity at all, and any tracker blocker stops it without breaking a page. Apart from Clarity for United States visitors, we set exactly one cookie, named obgate. It is set only at the moment you ask a tool to send you a file, it records nothing but the fact that you passed that step, and it exists so that a direct link to a file cannot skip it. It holds no identifier, it expires after twelve months, and deleting it costs you access to nothing.
Only the providers that make the service run:
Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not send your information anywhere else.
Email correspondence is kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Stop hearing from us. Reply with the word "unsubscribe" to any email and we will remove you and not contact you again. We honour this within ten business days, usually the same day.
See, correct, or delete what we hold. Email hello@opsbench.co. We will respond within thirty days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We will honour a valid request under either regardless of where you are.
Our booking link takes you to Cal.com, a third party scheduling service. That page is operated by them under their own privacy policy and sets its own functional cookies. We receive only the name, email and note you choose to enter there.
When you apply to an Opsbench role we process what you send us, meaning your answers, your CV and your contact details, for one purpose only: assessing you for that role and roles like it.
For applicants resident in the Philippines: we process your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The person accountable is reachable at jobs@opsbench.co. If a security incident affects your data we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
Opsbench Store Health is our Shopify app. It reads your storefront the way a shopper does and shows five facts about it inside your Shopify admin.
This is a business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
What to do next. Opsbench puts one ecommerce operator on your hours, inside your own tools, from $1,650 a month for fifteen hours a week to $2,950 for full time, and nothing is due until their first working day.
