These terms cover this website. They are not the services agreement.
Important: nothing on this website is a contract. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement governs.
You may read this site, and share or quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it at volume, attempt to disrupt it, or copy it wholesale as your own.
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it "as is" and without warranty. Descriptions of the service are summaries — the detail lives in the signed agreement.
Pricing. The $2,950 per month figure is our standard rate at the date above. It is an indication, not a binding offer, and may change. The rate that applies to you is the one written into your agreement, and it does not change during your term.
Timelines. References to an operator starting in around ten business days describe our typical experience. They are estimates, not guarantees.
Emailing us does not create a client relationship or oblige either side to anything. That begins only when an agreement is signed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to the services themselves is addressed in the services agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
