Four documents that take the recurring questions off your desk. Fill them in once, hand them over, and the answers stop coming back to you at 11pm. Everything below is already written with sensible defaults. Your job is to change the numbers to your numbers.
This page saves to this browser only. Your entries stay in your browser while you work. Downloading, printing or copying the result asks for your email address and then sends us a copy so we can email it to you. Nothing is sent until you press one of those buttons. Clearing your browser data, or using a different computer, means starting again, so use Export when the document matters. Never type a password, a card number, a bank account number or a two factor code into this page, or into any form you build with it.
Four documents, one purpose each. The column on the right is the test: if that thing still reaches you every week, the document is not finished.
| Document | What it settles | Who reads it | What should stop reaching you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supplier onboarding | Lead times, minimums, payment terms, incoterms, and what a late shipment triggers | You, your operator, the factory contact | Chasing dates, and negotiating a remedy in the middle of a crisis |
| Returns and refunds | The thresholds under which a refund or a replacement needs nobody | Whoever answers customer email | Refund approval requests, one at a time, at night |
| Operator or VA scope | The lanes, the spend limits, the escalation list, and the definition of done | The person you hired, from day one | Questions that start with, do you want me to |
| Weekly one to one | Four questions and the actions that come out of them | You and whoever runs operations | Status updates arriving all week instead of once |
The table scrolls sideways on a narrow screen.
These four documents help when the work already exists and nobody has written down who decides what. They do nothing at all when the honest answer is that no one is doing the work, because a scope with no person behind it changes nothing.
Opsbench puts one full time operator inside your Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack and ad accounts for $2,950 a month, working your hours. That is worth it when you are the one answering these questions every night and the volume is real. It is not worth it when two hours of writing these four documents and handing them to someone you already pay would fix the problem. Treat this page as the useful thing, not as a sales step.
