This is the one page report your store should be getting every Friday afternoon. Fill it in once, see how it reads, then hand the format to whoever runs your operations so you stop reconstructing the week from memory on Sunday night.
Every number is optional. Blanks are shown honestly as "not given" rather than guessed.

The numbers
Leave this blank and it is calculated as total revenue divided by total ad spend. Type a number only if your own definition differs.
Products fixed this week: wrong price, wrong stock, missing image, broken variant, bad description.
The three paragraphs that matter
The example is invented: a made up store with made up numbers, filled in so you can see the shape of a finished report before you type your own.
| Line | This week | Last week | Change |

Read spend against revenue, never on its own. A rise in ad spend is not automatically good news and a fall is not automatically bad. Spend up 20% with revenue up 5% means blended ROAS fell, so the honest headline is that the week got more expensive. The three lines are one sentence together.

Paste it into email, Slack, Notion or a doc. Print gives you the clean one page version with the form hidden.
The point of a fixed format is that your eye lands in the same place every Friday. Here is what each line is for.
The thinking behind this tool: The failures nobody reports and The week is the only unit an owner actually controls.
Where Opsbench fits, honestly. Opsbench sells one seat at $2,950 per month, month to month: one full time operator working your business hours inside your own Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack and ad accounts, and this report is what they send you every Friday. That helps if you are doing roughly $500k to $5m a year, you are still the person fixing listings and pulling numbers at 11pm, and nobody currently owns the back office. It does not help if your operations already produce a report like this every week, if what you actually need is a specialist in one channel rather than one person covering the whole back office, or if you want a tool instead of a person. In those cases keep this page, use the format, and do not book a call.
Everything you type stays in this browser, saved in local storage on this device so you can come back to it next Friday. The report is built in this tab and your numbers are never uploaded. The only thing that ever leaves this page is the PDF, and only after you ask us to email it.
