Fifty five checks to run before traffic hits a launch or a promotion. Every one is a specific action with a pass or a fail, not advice. Mark them, write your notes, then print or copy a signed off record.
Saves in this browser only. Export keeps a copy.
Details
Runs entirely in this browser. It keeps your ticks and notes in this browser's local storage on this device so you can close the tab and come back, and your answers are never uploaded. The only thing that ever leaves this page is the PDF, and only after you ask us to email it.
Launch and promo QA record.
Checks marked pass or not applicable are hidden below. What follows is what is still open or failing, with the notes written against each group.
0 of 55
Not started
0 pass, 0 fail, 0 not applicable, 55 undecided. Blocking checks not yet passed: 39.
How the three states work
Pass means you looked at the real thing and it was right. Fail means you looked and it was wrong, so it goes on the fix list.
Not applicable means this check does not exist in your setup, and it stops counting against you.
Checks tagged Blocking stop the launch. Checks tagged Non blocking cost you money or goodwill but will not break the promo.

Where Opsbench fits
Opsbench helps if this list is right but nobody has the hours to actually run it every time you launch, so half of it gets skipped at 11pm. That is what one seat buys: a full time operator working your hours inside your own Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack and ad accounts, at $2,950 a month, month to month. It does not help if you launch twice a year, or if you already have someone who owns this list and runs it. In that case take the checklist, it is free, and keep your money.
Your ticks and your notes are saved in this browser's local storage on this device only, so you can close the tab and come back, and nobody at Opsbench can see them. The only thing that ever leaves this page is the PDF, and only after you ask us to email it. Press Clear everything to wipe it.
What happens after you send it
One email. You describe the work that is not getting done. We tell you honestly whether this is a fit. If it is not, we say so in the reply and you get your afternoon back.
A written scope. One page. The tools, the hours, the specific outcomes the operator owns, and who they report to. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed.
We assign your operator. Screened against your written scope, with a short written summary of what they have run before and where they are weaker.
