The Operator Dashboard

What this page is for: a free tool that runs in your browser; the result shows with no login and no email. Next step: all twenty one free tools →

Nine numbers in once a week, six ratios out, including the one almost nobody tracks: how much of your own week went to running the business rather than growing it.

See how it reads before you type anything

One click fills the page with twelve plausible weeks so you can see the tiles, the charts and the alerts working. Replace it with your own numbers whenever you are ready.

Revenue and ad spend

Bars are revenue. The line is ad spend. Same dollar axis, so the gap between them is your gross contribution before cost of goods.

Blended ROAS

Revenue divided by ad spend. The shaded band marks 2.0 to 3.0, a common working range. Your own break even depends on your margin.

Your hours, operations versus growth

Stacked. The darker block is the part of your week that keeps the business running rather than making it bigger.

The honest line

Opsbench helps when the operations share of your week keeps climbing on repeatable work, because that is exactly what one full time operator takes off your desk at 2,950 dollars a month. It does not help if the problem is demand rather than load, or if your operations hours are under about ten a week. This tool is worth exactly what you get out of it on its own.

What happens after you send it
  1. One email. You describe the work that is not getting done. We tell you honestly whether this is a fit. If it is not, we say so in the reply and you get your afternoon back.
  2. A written scope. One page. The tools, the hours, the specific outcomes the operator owns, and who they report to. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed.
  3. We assign your operator. Screened against your written scope, with a short written summary of what they have run before and where they are weaker.
