The promo and content calendar
Twelve weeks of promotions, emails, launches, content, ad refreshes and operational jobs on one page. It checks the plan for the four mistakes that quietly cost the most: two promotions stacked on the same week, a promotion nobody emails about, a launch with no QA, and a week where nothing was ever planned. It also tells you when something was added too late to be built properly.

Details
Your plan is not uploaded, and the only thing that leaves this page is the export file you ask us to email you. If you clear your browser data, or open the file on another machine, your plan will not be there. Export a copy if it matters.

Default lead times, and why
A lead time is how long the work takes before the date on the calendar, not how long the thing runs. Anything you place inside its own lead time gets flagged above. The numbers are conservative defaults for a team of one to five people, so treat them as the point where you should be honest with yourself, not a law.

Where this ends
Opsbench sells one seat, one full time operator working your hours inside your own Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack and ad accounts, at 2,950 dollars per month. This calendar is free, asks nothing of you, and works whether or not we ever speak.
Opsbench helps when the plan is already clear and it keeps slipping because the only person who can build it is you at 11pm, and it does not help when the calendar is empty because you have not decided what to sell yet, since that decision is yours and no operator can make it for you.
